Growing Home’s vision has always been grounded in dignity, opportunity, and community connection. Our work is centered on people — individuals seeking meaningful employment, stability, and a fresh start — and on Englewood, the neighborhood we are proud to call home.
Through our Transitional Jobs Program and urban agriculture model, Growing Home has demonstrated how access to job training, supportive employment, and healthy food can change lives. The campus expansion builds on this foundation, creating a permanent space designed to support participants, staff, and the broader community with intention and care.
