Naming Opportunities
Availability of naming opportunities is subject to change. Opportunities are offered on a first-come basis.
A 2,660-square-foot USDA-certified organic production space featuring expanded cold storage, walk-in refrigeration, and a spacious open work area. This facility will quadruple Growing Home’s current processing capacity, strengthening food distribution in Englewood and enabling a larger-scale social enterprise sales model.
Growing Home’s food will be assembled and prepared for the Growing Home Cafe and other retail vendors in the spacious, modern commercial kitchen situated in the rear building. The commercial kitchen will also host a new, specialized culinary training program for 15-20 students.
Spacious, open, welcoming, Growing Home’s new 1250-sq-foot lobby will immediately impart a sense of camaraderie with space to gather and socialize for employees, volunteers and visitors. In response to feedback from those who work and volunteer at Growing Home, large steps will be designed for ample seating to relax or chat with a friend. A campaign donor wall adjacent to the main elevator will prominently showcase the campaign’s supporters.
The second floor of the building’s processing section will offer 3450-square-feet of open space
to accommodate year-round indoor growing of micro-greens and small-scale crops. Utilizing techniques such as vertical systems, controlled temperature and humidity, and optimal water and lighting, Growing Home will be able to boost its food production.

Demonstration Kitchen and Classroom - $400,000
Growing Home’s Demonstration Kitchen will welcome community members. The space will feature flexible seating and learning tables along with monitors for cooking show-like viewing, inviting the participation of local children, community groups, and neighbors. It is here that LaQuandra Fair, Growing Home’s Engagement Manager and celebrity chef will produce her culinary segments. An expandable wall between the Kitchen and Demonstration Classroom will offer flexibility to accommodate 24 students and the area will open to views of the courtyard and orchard.
Café - $350,000
Conveniently situated off of the Lobby, a comfortable 495-square-foot café will offer an array of fresh salads, sandwiches and juices and other food items, lovingly prepared in the new commercial kitchen with fresh ingredients grown on site. The cafe will also feature a farm store where Growing Home-grown produce will be available for purchase.
Farm Store - $350,000
Ripe tomatoes, crunchy greens, crisp cucumbers. Bursting with the color and aromatic
freshness of Growing Home-grown vegetables and prepared foods, the new 1,060-square-foot Growing Home Farm Store will be visible to the community with its store front location on the main corridor of 59th Street.
Outdoor Courtyard and Orchard - $250,000
An orchard filled with trees and comfortable tables where Growing Home employees, job
training participants, and community members can take a moment to relax and enjoy a selection of café offerings. And, since the Demonstration Kitchen opens to this area and it will be equipped with an outdoor grill, the space will also be an open-air spot for outdoor cooking demonstrations. Nestled on the west side of the building, adjacent to the lobby, the courtyard and orchard will be a fresh air sanctuary.
Computer Resource Center - $250,000
A hub for IT learning, career exploration, job search, and other research, the 540-square-foot Computer Resource Center will offer a welcoming and comfortable spot where Growing Home participants can receive structured IT training and community members can receive guidance from an IT expert. The convenient spot will feature 18 computer workstations, a resource library, projector, printer, and more.

Designed like the wings of a butterfly, the two segments of Growing Home’s building will be connected through an elegant second-floor bridge. The conduit will provide seamless access between the community-facing facilities, classrooms, and offices at one side, with the organic produce processing facility and offices located at the other.
Fresh air, sunshine, the bright scent of plants and herbs growing. The West direction-facing, 655 square-foot outdoor deck will offer lovely vistas of the Orchard and provide space for a working herb garden.
With dramatic views of Growing Home’s new campus, the 1030-square-foot Green Roof will serve as a resting spot for bees and other pollinators. In addition, this Green Roof will help provide shade, remove heat from the air, and reduce temperatures of the roof surface and surrounding air.
These are the spaces where new ideas, skills, and collaboration will be born. With an ample 1385-square-feet of space, workforce development classrooms and meeting spaces will welcome Growing Home’s participants and community members, facilitating learning and providing access to new resources. For maximum flexibility, rooms will be equipped with soundproof, adjustable partitions for educational programming, as well as projectors and computer terminals for presentations and public seminars.
Prime, highly visible location facing the front of the building. A green wall is a vertical built structure intentionally covered by vegetation.
Comfortable, and designed for optimal efficiency, 12 private offices, including the IT, culinary
and farm offices plus a spacious conference room will make the work of Growing Home’s case management, workforce development, farm and administrative staff easier and more productive. Work requires frequent visits to the farm and processing facility, and these spaces will be conveniently located just steps away.
Contribution to the mosaic which builds a lasting impact. This level would allow donor recognition from $100-$5,000
